Vernier/Pocket IE Question

Maybe someone would know if this works.... At my school they now use some network security software called Vernier when trying to access the school network over WiFi. I plan to get a new iPAQ 4155, does anyone know if it will work?

On a regular computer runnning Windows, you are suppose to bring up IE and it will bring up a secure page that asks you to login, the it will launch a popup window once you login to let you know you are logged in and an option to log off, though there is a URL I can go to, to logoff if you accidentally close the window.

Does anyone know if PPC2003 and PIE will allow me to do this?
