Regular Soft Reset?

I have the Audivox PPC 6600 unit which i have become quite attached too. But it seems lately that i have to do a Soft reset daily or every other day at the least. Issue such as missed calls, sms's etc seem to be more frequent as well as the unit slowing down! Now is it in the design of the unit or how i am using. currently i only have Spb pocket plus installed on it. So i would like to think that it should not be the problem?

If you really only have 1 app installed, why don't you hard reset and start afresh, and see if things improve.
