Default Question about SmartPhone PPC and IE browser

So, when I use my i600 Samsung to connect to the internet and view pages, the phone "dials" in to make the connection. Great, that's to be expected.

But no where in the manual does it tell you how long you stay connected or what action will break the connection (and stop the charges). With most things PPC, you can't close the browser on the phone. It just gets minimized.

So if I leave my browser and go back to the home screen of my phone, does it disconnect? How do I know when the service charges/connection are stopped?

Tim

Please consider asking this question over on Smartphone Thoughts. Those guys might be able to give you a much better answer than we Pocket PC users can.
