Unfortunately, there're no better QVGA screens than that of the Jam, color saturation-wise.
As for VGA PDA's, they are still much worse than that of the PSP, color saturation-wise. The iPAQ hx4700 and the Fujitsu-Siemens Pocket Loox 720 are the closest to it, but they are still 'pale', compared to the PSP.
There is only one PDA right now that IMHO can match the PSP, and that's the OLED-equipped Sony Clié VZ90. So, if you can put up with a Palm device that has been hacked into English (and is still partially Japanese), go for the VZ90.
