Default please help me (audio question)

I have a lot of .midi/.xm/ect. I was wondering if there is a program that can let me turn all of these files into mp3 format so i can listen to them on my mp3 player (archos multimedia 20)

Thanks

Send a message via ICQ to maximus

If all else failed, make a simple jack to connect the 'audio out' on the back of your PC to the 'audio in' ... and run some voice recorder software. That should do the trick

WinAmp can export as a wav file then you could convert that to mp3.

You could also try Deliplayer which converts striaght to mp3 but high quality conversion costs $ from what I remember.

Default Winamp with MP3 filewriter output plugin

There are several output plugins for Winamp to write directly to MP3/OGG/WAV/FLAC/etc.

Default Exactly how-to

Get Jasper's File Writer 1.17c (the one on the winamp site is old) and install it.

Then get LAME 3.94 alpha 14 bundle and unzip into your Winamp folder (not into Winamp\plugins).

Should be up-and-running then. Just select the output plugin and configure the settings.
