Joy-pad on the 2210

Hi there... i read somewhere here before that you can set the repeat settings on the joy-pad to something slower... but i haven't seen anyone posting about how to do it...
you know what i mean... when you want to use the joypad you have to be really carefull if you don't want to scroll more than 2 or 3 pages reading a book...
Can someone tell me how to set the repeat settings for the joypad on my ipaq???

Goto start->settings->buttons
Click on the Up/Down Control Tab
Configure to your preferences
Click OK.
