Installing Activesync stops LAN/router working? - Help
This is an odd one.
My brother and I both bought identical base units 3 months ago, to replace our ageing PC's.
I have just been given a nice new Ipaq 2790 by my work, so have gifted my trusty Ipaq 4700 to my brother (running WM5, and it has been hard reset to wipe all my info).
Wnen I install Activesync on his PC, it totally knocks out his broadband connection on his Netgear router....the LAN is just dead.
His PC is running Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2, fully patched up with all Microsoft updates.
Has anyone experienced this problem, or have any ideas how to troubleshoot it?
