I'm looking for a new PocketPC

I have an HP 568 Jornada that I have been very happy with, both with its performance and HP's support. It still works great and meets all my current needs. But what I want is a PocketPC which supports Blackberry type functionality along with cell phone capability. It be nice if it had the 4 inch VGA screen the Toshibe E-805 has, but don't think there is one of those on the market. I know there are several models out there, and I am still waiting for some broad reviews of the new Motorola product.

So, if you have a device that meets the following critieria:
1. PocketPC, >=400 MHz
2. Blackberry type email connectivity
3. Cell phone capability

And you are happy with the performance of the unit and the support of the manfacturer, please give me some feedback.
