"icon" file in games folder
Hi Guys,
Don't know when this happend, I kinda just noticed it a few days ago.
There's an "icon" file in my games folder now... I know that it's the icon for the folder when you're looking at it from the programs, but for some reason, it's not hidden anymore...
I deleted it and copied it back from the windows folder to see if it would automatically fix the prob but that didn't work..
Don't know how to make it hidden.
If i browse the PPC from my laptop, and go to the properties, it's already shown as hidden and I can't make any changes to it's attributes..
Any ideas?

You can hide it by opening File Explorer, tap and hold in an empty spot, and uncheck the "View All Files" option.

Yeah, well, I try.
I made that screenshot about a year ago to show someone how to turn on that option, but it's also useful for illustrating turning it off. What I'd like to know is how that got turned on in the first place. I've never seen that happen without some manual intervention on the part of the user.

This thread ought to answer all your questions! There are free at least three free methods of taking screenshots mentioned in that thread, one of which is part of the iTask utility that comes with the iPAQ.

Yeah, I absolutely LOVE the iTASK feature, and I use it a lot! This is one way cool feature! Now I can do one more thing with iTASK. Anyways, I like the delay capture. Good stuff, and im utilizing the software that came with my iPAQ, even better!

I deleted this Icon and now have no way of putting it back on, are there websites with PPC icon files?

I have the icon in a zip file which was created on the Pocket PC using Resco Explorer 2003. You can download the zip file here, but you may have to unzip it on the Pocket PC itself since something seems to change which "breaks" the icon if you copy it over via ActiveStink. Try it via ActiveSync first, though.
