i still cant get the alarms in my 4150 to work

I have an iPAQ 4150 that I bought over a year ago, it still has the 1.0 version in rom. Recently I tried to get my alarms to work. I have downloaded and installed WakeUp Tweak and have the values set at 120 and 120 with full wake enabled. This still does not enable the alarms. To get the alarms to work, I must first use the options provided in WakeUp Tweak to clean the clock and calendar.

Am I missing a step? Is there something else I can do? I read about a registry hack, but not what key to change.
