Default HTML with inbox
can I recieve HTML email (ala Cnet...Daily dilbert ) in my inbox.... it say that I cant or something but is there a setting or an addon of some kind

It should sync over, but you'll get plain text and the images as attachements. You may want to check out our review of @mail - look at the bottom of the front page for a link to the article.

The Pocket PC Inbox can't handle HTML email. You need to get an app like @Mail, which can. We recently posted a review on it.
