How to un-hide "Outlook" mailbox on ppc?

I've just got an AT&T Tilt, and set it up to sync with my work email (groupwise). I tried intellisync but ended up just using groupwise pda connect. The issue I'm having is that both of those programs say to disable all sync options in activesync. They then sync over the activesync connection directly to the device. Email is put into the 'outlook' email box on the device. Unfortunately, since I have email sync disabled in activesync, the outlook email box is hidden on the device.

I can see the mail is in that mailbox because it shows up in a today screen plugin.

How can I un-hide this mailbox from the email app?
