Default Have you guys seen this... sweet!

Have you guys seen this? Sure looks sweet, and it looks like it might have wifi and bluetooth built in.

Yeah, but check out this baby! Sorry... I actually wanted one of those once. ops:

Getting back on topic, the 558 looks pretty good. I wonder what the battery life is REALLY like. Especially when using WiFi.

You beat me to it. The 558 looks really good. There is more information here

http://www.mitac.com/micweb/news/pr-file/pr030630.htm

This looks like it is the first Pocket PC with built in dual expansion AND 802.11b AND bluetooth AND a jog dial.

The 339 looks like the first non Phone edition to lnclude a built in camera.

This has dual slots and is still smaller than the Ipaq 5400 series

Length 124 mm vs 133/138 mm
Width 72mm vs 77 mm
Depth 15.3mm vs 15.9mm

Can anyone confirm which processor (PXA255 ? ) is being used and whether the screen is transflective ?

It looks like it is manufactured from the same company as the Viewsonic.

Hmmm. Looks like I might have to go with this one. Descisions Descisions!
Maybe my Jornada 430 can keep going a bit longer...

Very nice device... a little bigger than the type of form factor I like though. Of course, bigger means more features as well. I still think I would rather go with a iPAQ 1900 or 2200 series though, plenty of features for me and a great form factor.
