Availability of PPC's in the real world... (UK Specific)

I know a lot of our friends in the US are spoiled with outlets for our favorite PDA's, but it seems to me the stockists within the UK are rare.

For sure, there are numerous "online retailers" but Im relucatant to purchase a PDA online unless I can touch it (not the mention the risk of dead pixels before you leave the building etc).

I live in the Midlands (UK) and find it increasing harder to find places to buy a PDA "off the shelf". My local PC world (wednesbury) has a limited range of PDA's but will never stock the "loox" etc... Dixons / Currys are (obviously) the same company and share product lines... but where else can I go ?!

Incidentally, PCworld seems to be increasing its share of Palm based devices and hoofing out the MS powered ones... bizarre ?
