Default Any mobile Podcast creation software out there?

Hi there,

I wonder whether some smart developer has come up with the idea of putting some kind of mobile podcast creation software on the market?

Yes, I really mean making a podcast on a pocket pc.

Anyone?

Thanks

Creating the audio of a podcast is possible today. For a look at the current state of recording, see my collection of articles (work in progress!) at http://feederreader.pocketcasting.co...forum.php?f=19

There are three articles right now: "Pocket PC Audio Primer", "Software - Recording or Editing", " Hardware - Pocket PC headsets".

The podcast just put out by Pocket PC Thoughts was recorded on a Pocket PC. So, yes, it's possible ;-)

Is there anything like Audacity for the PocketPC?

I create a Podcast for my church and I could do it all on the Pocket PC if I could mix in a pre-recorded intro and outro.

Also does anyone know how to get a mono line-in on an x50v?

See my post above for links to General pointers to software/hardware for recording podcasts on a Pocket PC.

Specifically, there is a list of software at http://feederreader.pocketcasting.co...topic.php?t=34

VITO Sound Explorer may be the best bet right now for sound editing.

And for pointers to adapters for headsets and/or microphones, see http://feederreader.pocketcasting.co...topic.php?t=33

If you have any feedback about the short articles, you can post your feedback on the forums over there.
