Well, it depends on your needs. All 3 of them will serve up your basic functions well. Size-wise, the e3xx is smallest, then the e740, then the jornada.

If I were you, I would go with the e3xx, because it's a very new product and thus will be more supported, and have more updates as well as a larger user-base to assist you.

If you need expansion capabilities, the Jornada or e740 is best. For wireless, go with the e740.
