Parrot Minikit, where is the best price?

Hi,
seriously interested in buying the Parrot Minikit (hands free car kit). However, they are some price differentiation that are hard to explain (in the USA only a substantial rebate was given which confused the whole thing! Expired now).

Best price as to take into account the shipping cost. Price in Canadian site varies from $97 to $139 (?) with shipping cost going from $7 to $60 (yes, it depends on type/company method).
