No luck - First off, there is no Windows Mobile 2006. There is a Windows Mobile 6.
But the reality is, you can't just install a new version of the OS with WinMo. The main reason is that the OS is not sold directly to the consumer. It's sold to the carrier or manufacturer. So they are the ones responsible to release the new OS - if they decide to do so. That doesn't happentoo often because the new OS requires enhancements in the hardware.
Check with Orange to see what the latest ROM is for that phone. I don't think you'll find much.
