DASH post-WM6 upgrade: auto email setup?

I am sure this has been addressed, but my forum searches have been futile.

I recently upgraded my DASH to WM6.

I remember when I first got my DASH, I could set up my POP email accounts online (via mytmobile.com) and the settings would be automatically sent to my phone so all of the info didn't need to be re-entered on the phone itself. And this process would also allow for the "triggers" so new emails would automatically be "pushed" to my phone.

I am at a loss how to do this now. I know I can manually enter the email account settings in the phone (which I have tried doing), but that isn't allowing for the silent "triggers" for new emails -- I end up getting somewhat cryptic SMS messages, rather than the new emails themselves.
