Default Broke dash?!

So somehow I pulled my T-Mobile Dash out of my pocket and it had a big ink spot on it, and the screen doesn't work. I can't see any cracks, but I guess it could be a stress fratcture? I'm not sure. Anyhow, I bought the phone on E-Bay and so now I'm trying to get T-Mobile to warrenty the phone. . .is this a lost cause, am I just stuck with having to buy a new Dash out of pocket?

Don't give up hope that quickly - check out http://www.cnn.cn and look under Dopod (the phone is the same, just different name) and you'll find replacement screens. Someone else here had the same problem and said it was easy to replace.

I've been meaning to post this to the front page... That's twice someone's had the problem. Guess I reall really need to post this to the front page. :?
