This site is not officially connected with Microsoft, but in light of their efforts with the Mojave Experiment, they'd be wise to take a look at this site.  Basically it is sort of like Digg for Windows Vista quirks.  You can post things you find strange and others vote on if they agree or not.

The website was created back at the end of May by Long Zheng to allow people to share grips and grievances about gliches and problems end-users see with the Windows Vista User Experience (UX) as a forum to Microsoft on what users wanted fixed.

Long just launched Aqua Taskforce for Mac OS, so Windows UX Taskforce has been renamed Aero Taskforce for consistency. One login works on both sites. I think it's a great initiative.
