If you've ever used Photoshop, even for a few minutes, you've doubtless taken a photo and applied a few of the "artistic" filters such as watercolour, coloured pencil, etc. And, hopefully, you've realize how horrible it probably made your image look. ;-) The TwistedPixel approach takes it to a whole new level.
