The Nikon CA removal alogrithm does everything in-camera. If you shoot in JPEG the changes are made directly to the JPEG file as it is processed. If you shoot in RAW this data is made to the metadata which NX then uses to remove the CA.

Ah, slick! So then Lightroom would ideally pick up on this metadata and use it to nuke the CA in the raw files...

Oh yeah - another thing I wish Lightroom had, and I really should have mentioned this in my review, is that it lacks any ability to deal with file duplicates. I really wish it had that feature!
