Default 5 GB PC Card Bundle
Cleaning house and found these that I am no longer using:

5GB Toshiba PCMIA card (works fine, just ran a full scandisk with no problems)
Semsons CF to PC Card Adapter
Aluminum PC Card case



A quick look around online showed this stuff worth about $180 new. Will take $120 + Shipping.

I can take paypal

I also have a Viking 56K CF Modem if anyone is interested

Edit: I also found a D-Link DCF-650W CF Card
