Default Top 2008 MP3 Albums at Amazon.com for $5

http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.ht...ocId=1000325061

If you want to stock up on some of the top albums of 2008, Amazon.com has a great deal on right now (for our US-based readers at least) where they're selling 50 albums for only $5 USD each. Quite a good deal!

Only one on the list I liked and already own it. Found 2 though that my wife and son like, so downloaded those.

Combined with the promotion they were running ($5 MP3 credit with purchase of $25 in electronics) got Metallica's Death Magenetic for nothing. Too bad my Zune is not working.

Lists like these serve only to remind me of my age. I RECOGNIZED about 6 of the artists and had heard songs from only 4 or so. Every now and then, though, I buy something new to try and pretend that I'm young enough to appreciate new music again--bought the "A Fine Frenzy" album. Not bad, though I'm sure it isn't one of the artists popular with the teens. I swore never to become like my parents. Oh well.

Heh heh. I know what you mean! I try to keep my music tastes expansive, but I can't keep up with these crazy kids...
