I'd love to have this to connect to some powered speakers I could take outside when I'm working in the yard or even in the garage. I'd have the other end hooked to my PC and enjoy hours of music while working around the house.

This might just be a possible alternative to the Squeezebox I've had my eye on, since I only want to stream music without needing to cart my laptop around (and the external drive with my music on it...).

I keep all of my music on my PC and my Vision:M. This would be great for getting my music into the kitchen!

In our new house we have a secondary family room in the basement. I would use a 2.1 powered speaker set and drive it from my laptop in another room so we could *always* have cool tunes!

Wow, this looks like a great device. Using my XM radio in other rooms of the house, as well as my iPod. I could stream music from my laptop to my speakers on any floor!!

I think the best use for me would be to plug in a game console. I like to use my 24" Dell LCD monitor to play games, but since there's no sound input on the thing, I've got nowhere to plug in the audio cables. Going with a wireless setup would be infinitely preferable.
