This sounds just like the sort of device I'm looking for which would allow me to replace my wireless audio streaming system to my bedroom.

I listen to audiobooks before I go to bed, and I have a large library stored on my main computer. However, desktop computer and bedroom is not good for sleep or other harmonious bedroom activities, so I've set up a private shoutcast station and use a spare WiFi PDA to stream to my bedroom. (Sorry, WinMo media players just weren't designed for this kind of thing. None work well for me.) The only problem is that there's about 5 points of faillures and lots to manage/monitor to make sure the whole setup works.

This would help me simplify my setup greatly!

I would love to use this to play my music off of my computer in my den to my bedroom.

I'd would use this to play music on my laptop to my bedroom stereo. It looks like a great way to move audio around the house.

this is great for moving audio from my desktop/laptop to a place where i have a speaker to play with at home.

I have a multi-room receiver in my home and have speakers throughout the house--but I never put speakers on my deck. I'd use this to finally add speakers to my deck.

I'd use it to give me more of a whole house thing -- from my main stereo reciever to some remote speakers either outside or in the kitchen....
