I have a 42" Sony rear-projection TV which is great, but my audio system is a 9-year-old Sony DVD Surround System with crappy speakers. Hook me up, DMT!

I hire peasants to act out all of my entertainment needs. Some people think it's excessive, but oh well...

My current Home Theater set up includes a 30" TV (I need to join the 21st century and purchase a flat screen), which is connected to my Media Center PC. I record all my TV programs through my Vista Media Center PC and watch the shows and my DVD collection through the PC onto my TV. My current sound system is a surround sound system from Creative which is pushing at least 5 years now. I looked at the Orb system, and it is FAR better than what I currently have. The speakers I currently have were pretty cheap, so the Orb system would definitely improve the sound quality of the movies I watch. Plus they are so much prettier, which is a definitely good selling point for the wife.

I have a RCA 25" 4x3 TV hooked up to a JVC bookshelf stereo system.
Recently got a StarChoice HD PVR, and about to buy a 42" LCD.
This would round it out nicely

Currently we have a 50" Vizio Plasma TV with no home theater speakers hooked up to it. Along with the purchase of a mid-range AV Receiver, these speakers would become THE external audio source for the living room setup.

I've got a 27" TV hooked up to a Windows XP Media Center 2005 system. All my audio & pictures are streamed from my Windows Home Server, and I'm currently working to rip my DVD collection to digital so that can be integrated as well. Media Center PC has a pair of speakers w/ a sub hooked up to it.

Well, my home theater currently consists of a Sony Wega 24" CRT and a Kenwood Home Theater in a Box. If I got this system it would both improve the sound in the TV/Theater room as well as in the music room/dining room upstairs. It would also improve marital harmony, as moving the kenwood speakers upstairs would free up the space currently occupied by the yard sale 601 Series II's currently in use up there.

JVC 42" LCD
Refub Onkyo HT

I would loved to get this one setup as sometimes the refurb Onkyo is not getting me the desired effect. I would also upgrade my reciever with HDMI (Audio and Video processing) so that I just do not have all the wires back in the corner

Thank You guys for all these great contests....

George
