Default Pocketnow Reviews Concord BT Camera

http://www.pocketnow.com/index.php?a=portal_detail&t=reviews&id=357

"The new Concord Eye-Q Go Wireless Bluetooth digital camera is the only digital camera currently available (at the time this review was written) with Bluetooth wireless connectivity. This means you can transfer your photos wirelessly to a Bluetooth enabled Pocket PC or to your desktop or laptop using the included Bluetooth USB adapter. With more and more PDAs and other devices being sold with built in Bluetooth, this is a useful feature. The camera's Secure Digital memory slot gives the user another easy way to view and edit photos on a PDA, as most Pocket PC models these days support SD memory cards."

So there is finally a camera that supports BT, much to the chagrin of the guys at PPCT that claim that 'BT is Dead'. The review does conclude though that transferring files via Bluetooth is a lot slower than Wi-Fi so the typical USB cable transfer ends up being the only real viable option. It supports both SD as well as MMC and does have a nice compact body. The Eye-Q Go Wireless apparently does a great job with indoor, portrait, and close-up pictures and the camera overall has a nice feature-set. However, at a measly 2MP, I find myself quite disappointed.

I don't know.. this camera seems to be a "budget camera" in features. I don't see any piont in selling low-end digital cameras with bluetooth. Now, if they had put bluetooth in a camera feature-set of some of the higher end digital cameras, I would be very excited.

Oh well.... now the ball's rolling!

I want to see you transfer 6MP RAW images over BlueTooth.

Hehehe... well, I meant more along the lines of a camera with zoom features, etc.
