This looks like a great service for people who are less computer savvy, or don't wish to learn a consumer photo software package such as Photoshop Elements. And the pricing is extremely reasonable. If anyone has tried out this service, please share your experiences.

I tried this service, first with a cute snapshot of my daughter and me that needed some tender loving care to clean up her acne and red eye as well as some wrinkles on me (I swear it was the lighting in the pic, not me!) and then later to do a bunch of pictures I took at my friend's wedding. I was sooo happy & amazed at the results for every pic!! They had the order back to me before I was up the next morning and the work was superb!

I did ask about pricing for an old photo I have, to get it fixed up, but they said that's not what they do, that they just retouch everyday snapshots and digital photos.

Overall I'd recommend them in an instant!!
