Doesn't this defeat the entire purpose of shooting in RAW? If I ever shoot RAW, it's because I know I'll need to tweak the white balance or something. Why fill up your memory card with RAW if you know you're going to convert to high-JPEG? :roll:

Like the article says.... So people other than you can view the files on their computer using the built in Windows software.

There are ways to batch process RAW files with more control using the File Browser included with CS as well. You can adjust one image, then select a set that need the same adjustment (for example, same whitebalance correction) and then apply the changes across the whole group. You can also set up camera-specific corrections for different ISO ratings and save them as presets to apply across multiple photos as well.
