Default Unboxing & First Impressions of the hp tx2051 Tablet PC [Part 1]

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bXWnPG8Fj7k

This is my unboxing (part one of two) and first impressions of the hp tx2051 Tablet PC. This unit from hp has some impressive specifications: 2.3 Ghz AMD X2 CPU, 4 GB of RAM, 250 GB 5400 RPM hard drive, an NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 GPU, a 12.1" WXSGA touch screen, and it's all running on Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit.

Haha. Glad you liked the pr0n, part two will be posted Wednesday - gotta' draw it out...

I'm still kind of embarrassed that in my rush to get that video shot and edited, I completely forgot to trim the four seconds of silence at the beginning of the clip...

Sweet. I'm looking forward to your comments once you start using it. I have the 2.3 Ghz variant with Vista Home Premium (32 bit). I love this little laptop! I find myself using the touchscreen more than I thought I would. Overall it performs very well and has been an excellent value for all the features, and there are plenty.

BTW, I think what you thought was an antenna is really the stylus.

Yeah, I realized that shortly after I shot the video - so look for some sarcastic self-corrections in part two of the video.

Seems like a nice machine!

A wish from me is if you can test it for scribbling notes in e.g. Microsoft Onenote. I am using Onenote on my work laptop quite a lot and I am planning to convince my employer to buy a Tablet-PC so that I can use Onenote even more, but need proof. Preferably video proof.
