Default SeV Performance T-shirts: Worth Wearing

I've always thought SeV made some really cool products, but living in Florida, it is just too hot much of the time to really be wearing a vest or jacket. I've had one of their lightweight windbreakers for a while, but that with a t-shirt underneath is all I usually need in the winter. Recently, I picked up a few of their Performance T-shirts so see how they would work for the summer.

After the break, I'll let you know what I think.

To start with, the shirts are made of a lightweight polyester with high quality zippers and is very well made. I love this type of fabric, especially for travel. It is thin, breathes well, and does not take up much space in luggage. Plus, it dries very quickly, which is important when you really want to travel light since you can wash it in the hotel sink and let it hang to dry overnight.

The chest pocket is large enough to hold most MP3 players and is specially designed to spread the weight as to not be totally obvious you have a pocket full of stuff. There is a hole in the back of the pocket (think reinforced buttonhole) that allows you to run your earbuds out the back and up to the earbud loops in the collar. The side pocket is 8.5 by 8 inches and is considered two pockets by SeV. This makes a great size for your wallet, camera, etc. Like the other pocket, it distributes the weight well and includes holes to manage your cables.

I really like these shirts; I found them very comfortable to wear all day with gear in each pocket. My only request would be the addition of another pocket on the other side. You can purchase the SeV Performance T-shirt and all the other SeV products directly from their website.

I could swallow $17.50 a little easier than $35.00...not a bad deal.
