I'm not so sure about "gorgeous", but here's a pendant-MP3 player from Rio. The Rio Si-200C comes with 256 MB of storage capacity and USB 2.0, but without a screen. 256 MB? Is that enough for anybody out there?!

Well.. it is unusual. Isn't one entire side of it (the side shown) a screen?
