I only see the 140 listed:

What does the 160 add? Every time I see the word "Mustek" I think of a really bad scanner I bought from them in the '90s. It's just not a brand I trust. ;-)

Yeah its weird that they don't have info on it on the main website, but you can go here and look at it:

It was putting me off a little but since it is so cheap ($269 from Tiger Direct) and has more options than other PVRs or PMPs, I really wanted it.

I looked at reviews of the PVR-H140, and it seems that a lot of the problems with that one are taken care of in the 160: more video file formats (divx, xvid...) etc. I guess in a couple days when I have the player in my hand I will be sure if it was a good purchase or not. I really bought it mainly for storage space from my digital video/camera while i am traveling abroad and cannot access a computer.

Hopefully if I do not like it i can return it.

You'll want to double check with Tiger Direct, but I think they charge a 15% restocking fee if the box has been opened.
