Updated to support Windows 7 with some handy new features, Windows Easy Transfer lets you migrate your data from one PC to another. Great if you've just bought a new system to replace or aging dinosaur. Being the guy who usually has to set up new computers for friends and family, I have had to spend countless hours migrating ungodly amounts of stuff from one computer to another. While I will not claim that this catches every possible bit of data you want to save, it does most of it, leaving you to just watch out for those random stragglers.
