Gorgeous Dell Crystal Display

"Dell used to be a lot like the Chevrolet of the computer world. Their computers were plain. Domestic. Affordable. They did what you needed them to, and that was about it, a lot like that old Impala. I'll say it again, this monitor is absolutely gorgeous. This 22-inch beauty will set you back about $1200, so yes, you will have to choose between this 22" or a far bigger but plain looking monitor. Personally, I just wish it were available in a 30". :-)

I'll say it again, this monitor is absolutely gorgeous. This 22-inch beauty will set you back about $1200, so yes, you will have to choose between this 22" or a far bigger but plain looking monitor. Personally, I just wish it were available in a 30". :-)

It looks bizarre. Probably needs to be seen in person.

It's nice that Dell is actually thinking about design though. Or thinking that it matters.

It looks quite nice in person, but I think putting speakers on it was a waste - the kind of person who ponies up for a monitor like this probably isn't the kind of person to use built-in monitor speakers. Also, the black bezel around the monitor is still there...it would have been slick if there was almost no bezel and the glass was the bezel.
