Adobe Reader?

Come on!

Who the heck uses that nonsense? :P

HTML or RTF would be best, but if he's stuck on DRM at least choose the one that's the most customer friendly: eReader. Next would be Mobipocket, follwed last by (*shudder*) MS Reader.

Put that thing out on a CC license and let it grow online. Worked fine for Cory Doctorow and Dan Gillmor.
