Default Read vs Not Read

I notice that the first three categories in the FRONT PAGE ARCHIVE portion of the forums are always lit orange:



This is the case whether or not the contained threads are a few days old and read or not read. I think I noticed the same on PPCT, is this on purpose?

No big deal, just wondering.

Never noticed this, do you think it could be a thoughts media conspiracy?

I just use the "New Posts" button at the top everytime I stop by.

Same here, and I actually don't seem to experience the bug mentioned.

Actually, IIRC, someone else had pointed this same thing out many months ago. I think the resolution in that case was to try a different browser and/or clear browser cache. Anyways, waiting desperately for phpBB 2.2
