Verizon user. Want new PDA phone, but need help.

I don't know if there will be a phone with these specs later in the year, but here is what I want:

more than 64 MB built in, Windows mobile, Wifi, bluetooth, 2.0 MB+ camera

Any rumors out there?

Also, why is it that CDMA phones seem to be behind in features?

The Verizon Wireless XV6900 looks like it has most of the features you want; 128MB RAM/256MB ROM, Windows Mobile® 6 Professional, Bluetooth® Wireless Technology (v2.0), a 2.0 megapixel camera with auto–focus, zoom and video capture, but alas no WiFi.

If the rumor that Verizon Wireless plans to open its network to any CDMA phones later this year is true your options will be much better in that you can get an unlocked CDMA phone with all the features you want and use it on the Verizon Network.
