No 'Notes' function on Q9h but 2 'Voice Notes'. Anyone else have this prob?
My Q9h WM6.0 Standard (AT&T branded) is supposed to come with both Voice Notes and Notes. Problem is both Notes and Voice Notes are configured to work like Voice Notes. When I try to create a new NOTE my only option is to 'record' just like VOICE NOTE, which gives the same option...when I click 'Menu' I get 'Play' and 'Record' as my only 2 options. Is this a known bug found in the Q9h OS install? IS there way to reset or reconfigure? I use Notes quite a lot in Outlook and find it quite frustrating not being able to sync them to my Q.
