This is video of the new Zune desktop software setup and initial configuration. I install it on the same PC as my last-gen Zune was connected to, and it nicely installs right over top the old Zune software - well, except for the crash. Watch the video for the details - that one crash aside, the new software looks fantastic. You won't believe it came from Microsoft!
