Zune Pass/XBox 360 Problem

I recently purchased a Zune Pass, only to find that when I connect my Zune via USB to my 360...nearly all of the songs are unreadable.

None of the files are downloaded from P2P, they're all from the Zune Marketplace. I don't see how there would be a problem? Some of them work. Most of them don't. I have a suspicion it's some kind of DRM problem.

Any ideas?

Did you get the new firmware yet? I haven't tried it with the new marketplace/Zune firmware, but I can tell you that on the old one it worked with no problem. I'm 80% sure the songs on the Zune downloaded from the Zune Pass and I'm 100% sure they worked when streamed from the marketplace on your PC.

Is your Zune tag and gamertag the same thing? Mine is and that may make a difference, if I have time tonight when I get home from work, I'll check the new firmware with my 360.
