Phantom songs

I'm trying to do some housekeeping on my Zune. There are a few albums I'd like to remove. But from the desktop interface, looking at the Device's Music, the artist isn't listed, so I can't delete it. But looking at this list, there's also a separate "Unknown" artist listed, with an album that has no tracks, which won't delete.

Anybody seen something like that before? The only thing I can think of doing is forcing the desktop to refresh the "inventory" of my device, but I don't know how to do that. Any suggestions?

I installed the latest upgrade, and that has fixed my problem.

Glad to hear it fixed itself with the update - I've seen something similar and didn't know how to fix it either.
