Help, how do I remove failed sync items?

I'm kinda annoyed because the implied simplicity of this software is making me feel dumb.

I'm trying to get a couple tv shows onto the Zune. I used MCEBuddy to convert them from dvr-ms (yes I know it has dvr-ms support but this video was converted before that was announced) to wmv. Unfortunately even though it plays in the Zune player it says the sync failed, for no good reason.

Now how do I tell it to stop trying? It doesn't just fail right away either, it tries to convert it (for some reason) and after a minute gives up and puts it on the did not sync list..... but then what?

Help? This isn't intuitive.

I'd try the later version (1.0.6) as the Zune support in 1.0.5 as experimental. I think the Zune and WMV 320 wide options are supposed to work. There's a guy there with the nick painfulpillow doing zune conversions.
