Has anyone bought this yet ? I want to upgrade my stock car radio to a touch screen display and was wondering if this thing works on any of them. I really want to be able to use the zune interface on the screen instead of having to control things from my zune.

when you say "nissan/Infiniti" do you mean you will interface into their proprietary port that provides the iPod interface? This port is generally found in the console.

If yes, you have yourself an impatiently waiting customer! I'm in Tulsa in case you need a tester!
