I don't have any experience with those cases personally, but I can tell you that my 80 fits right in the sleeve that came with the 30. It does have a good deal of wiggle-room, so that might be an issue with the Action Jacket (which is primarily used for running--though you almost never want to run with a HDD-based player). Also, the controls are in a slightly different place, so it probably won't fit as well.
On the other hand, both cases feature a strap that looks like it covers the Hold switch on the 30, but should be perfect for the 80.
Personally, I'd wait until the new cases start to come out, which should be sometime in January or February.
