Your focus will still be on the text not on the small screen showing you what is ahead so I don't see this as the fix for being distracted while texting. The only sure way to avoid being distracted is to NOT TEXT, especially while you are driving.&nbsp;</p>

I downloaded and installed a similar free app back when I got my first iPhone last year, just for grins and giggles. I tried to text while walking and found out that (at least for me) it's a lot like trying to walk, chew gum, carry on a conversation and program in Fortran all at the same time.

This is DEFINITELY not an app for anybody with Attention Deficit Disorder and quite possibly not an app for anybody, PERIOD. Texting while driving is becoming illegal in most states and texting while walking is just silly, IMNSHO.

If you held it up just right, maybe you could drive while only looking through the iPhone screen! They could add some heads up display elements to warn you of imminent collisions with pedestrians, other vehicles, light posts, etc. Sweet!
