I'm curious what the "Microsoft gratuity item" could be. I'm also wondering what, exactly, Microsoft is looking for? Is it how the user interacts with the device? What apps they use most? How much time they spend it with it? All of the above? Would love to hear your ideas on what exactly Microsoft is looking for. </p><p> </p>
