Today we've heard that a low-cost airline down under, Jetstar, is launching a two-week trial at the end of this month, on flights longer than 90 minutes, to determine how iPads fare when trying to keep passengers entertained."

If you are flying Jetstar, you will be able to rent an iPad for $10.00 AUD, which is about $8.40 USD. The iPads will be loaded with a variety of entertainment choices such as movies, TV shows, books, games, etc. I'll be interested to see just how popular these are with customers. I'd be willing to rent one if I was flying with them. That is if I didn't have my own iPad.
